We understand that sometimes things do not work out, which is why we aim to make the return and exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
30-Day Free Return Policy
Lane ProMotor™ offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How To Initiate A Return Or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Securely package your item in its original packaging
- Ship the item according to the provided instructions
Please ensure your order number is included inside the parcel to avoid delays.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns (Australia)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated return fees.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved due to a sizing issue, damaged item, or incorrect product, Lane ProMotor™ may cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item depending on the circumstance.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- Submit a return request for the original item
- Return the approved item
- Place a new order for your preferred replacement product

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing generally takes 5–7 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 24–48 hours to process the refund

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
