Built for riders who need certified full-body impact coverage without added bulk — the FR A1 places CE Level-1 armour at the chest, spine, shoulders, elbows, and ribs within a 190g polyhedral polymer structure. Honeycomb ventilation, flame-retardant and windproof construction, and ergonomic adjustability make it suitable across motocross, MTB, touring, and street riding year-round.
- Height determines protector position — prioritise it over weight: Back length steps from 58cm (S) to 64.5cm (2XL). If your height places you in L but your weight places you in M, choose L — the spine column and shoulder panels align to vertebral height, not body mass. A weight-matched but short-backed jacket positions all upper-body protectors too low.
- Check waistline against the size chart, not clothing size: Waistline steps from 90cm (S) to 107cm (2XL). Measure your natural waist and confirm it falls within the stated range for your height size. If the waistline is too tight the jacket cannot sit correctly on the shoulders, which shifts the chest and spine panels off their intended zones.
- Verify CE certification scope before road use: CE Level-1 certification applies to the armour inserts within the jacket. The jacket fabric carrier (190g polymer) may or may not be separately tested for abrasion resistance. For road riding in jurisdictions that require abrasion-tested outerwear, confirm the certification documentation covers the full garment, not the inserts alone.
- Replace armour panels after significant impact: Polymer armour absorbs impact energy through controlled deformation at the cellular level — this deformation is invisible externally but permanently reduces the panel's ability to attenuate subsequent impacts. Any panel that has taken a direct high-force impact should be replaced before further use, regardless of visible condition.

30-Day Free Return Policy
Lane ProMotor™ offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
