30-Day Return Policy

Lane ProMotor™ offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To start a return, contact us at info@lanepromotor.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Region Who Pays Return Shipping
Domestic (Australia) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
International Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes
Exchanges (approved) Lane ProMotor™ may cover replacement shipping at our discretion

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product? The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  • Submit a return request for the original item
  • Return the approved item
  • Place a new order for your preferred replacement

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds issued to your original payment method
  • Processing generally takes 5–7 business days
  • Your bank may require an additional 24–48 hours

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
