Free shipping is available from all our warehouse locations. We dispatch from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to minimise transit times.

Certain remote locations may be excluded. Customers in these areas will be contacted directly with shipping options.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate during checkout before placing your order.

  • Lane ProMotor is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • If a shipping error occurs on our end, the order will be replaced at no additional cost to you
  • Contact us immediately if you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that shipments may incur customs fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Lane ProMotor.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times by destination. Processing time of 2–5 business days is not included in these estimates. Maximum delivery time is 50 business days for most destinations. ePacket shipments may take 20–50 days. Liquid or electronic products may require an additional 5–10 days. All times exclude customs clearance delays.

Orders containing multiple items may be split and shipped in separate packages, even when combined shipping is requested. This is done to ensure the fastest possible delivery from the nearest available warehouse.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package in your order.
