Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive your tracking number by email within 2–3 business days. Enter it on our Track Your Order page for live delivery updates. If it hasn’t come through after a week, check your spam or let us know and we’ll resend it.

Please notify us immediately so we can correct the address before your order is dispatched. If the parcel is returned to us, a restocking or reshipment fee may apply. Be sure to double-check your address at checkout to avoid any delays.

All our gear is brand-new, in excellent, unworn condition. While minor storage marks may occasionally occur, every item is thoroughly inspected before we ship it out. 30-Day Free Return Policy

Lane ProMotor™ offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
