Savior S28C
Rechargeable Heated
Motorcycle Gloves

Carbon Fiber Heating · 3-Level Control · Waterproof Leather · Touchscreen Tips · CE + RoHS + EMC

The S28C uses carbon fiber elements at the fingertips and back of hand — the two zones where cold causes loss of sensation first during winter riding. A built-in 7.4V polymer battery powers three selectable heat levels with a 8.4V smart dual charger included. Waterproof leather outer, windproof wrist seal, touchscreen-compatible fingertips, and non-slip grip complete the construction across sizes XS to 3XL.

Material & Feature Performance
🔥
Carbon Fiber Elements
Carbon fiber heating wire distributes warmth evenly across its surface — no hot spots from a single resistive point. It also has low thermal mass, reaching target temperature within seconds of power-on rather than requiring a warm-up period like wire-wound alternatives. The fibre structure is flexible enough to conform to finger movement without cracking under repeated flexion.
🔋
7.4V Polymer Battery + Smart Charger
The lithium polymer pack sits in the wrist cuff — no external battery box or wiring harness. The 8.4V smart dual charger terminates automatically at full capacity, preventing the overcharge degradation that shortens lithium polymer cycle life when standard chargers are used past full. Between seasons, store cells at approximately 50% charge to preserve long-term capacity.
💧
Waterproof Leather Outer
Leather's natural fibre density resists water penetration under rain and road spray. The charging port is the only zone not inherently sealed — its protective cover must be fully seated before wet-weather riding. Water ingress at an open port can short the battery terminal contacts even when the leather surface remains intact.
📱
Touchscreen-Compatible Fingertips
Conductive material at the index finger and thumb allows capacitive screen operation without removing the glove. Conductivity is in these fingertip zones only — the palm and wrist areas will not trigger screen inputs, preventing accidental activation from handlebar contact or wrist movement during riding.
🤝
Non-Slip Grip Surface
Textured grip material on the palm and inner fingers increases friction against the handlebar surface in both dry and wet conditions. For heated gloves, grip retention matters most at the throttle — loss of feel from a slipping glove undermines the benefit of a warm hand at the lever. Confirm the grip zones cover your full throttle and brake contact area before purchasing.
🏅
CE + RoHS + EMC
CE covers electrical and mechanical product safety for the European market. RoHS restricts heavy metals and hazardous flame retardants in the battery and heating circuit components. EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) confirms the glove's electrical system does not emit interference that could affect motorcycle instruments or GPS devices at close range — relevant when the glove is in use near electronic handlebar equipment.
Key Highlights
No. 1
Why Both Zones Are Heated
Cold causes peripheral vasoconstriction — the body restricts blood flow to the fingers first to preserve core temperature. The back of the hand contains the dorsal venous network supplying the fingers; heating this zone maintains blood flow before constriction begins. Fingertip-only designs address the symptom; heating both zones together addresses the cause, keeping fingers functional for longer at lower ambient temperatures.
No. 2
Choosing a Heat Level by Conditions
Low suits above-freezing temperatures where mild heat supplements body warmth without over-warming the hand. Middle is the practical setting for sustained riding in 0–5°C. High addresses severe cold or the first 20–30 minutes before body heat builds — switching down to Middle once hands are warm extends total ride time without loss of comfort. See the panel above for exact temperature and runtime figures per level.
No. 3
Palm Circumference Drives Element Position
The heating elements are fixed relative to the glove body — sizing by palm width ensures they land at the anatomical fingertip. A glove selected by finger length alone may position the fingertip elements at the knuckle instead, reducing heating effectiveness precisely where it is needed most. Always measure palm circumference excluding the thumb as the primary sizing input.
No. 4
M and L Share Very Narrow Ranges
M covers 20–20.5cm and L covers 20.5–21cm — each just 0.5cm wide. At this resolution, tape angle during measurement produces meaningful variance. Measure three times and use the largest reading. If your result sits at the M/L boundary, choose L — the element alignment benefit of sizing up outweighs any minor fit looseness at the palm, which the leather and wrist closure compensate for.
No. 5
Long Fingers — Size Up Regardless of Palm Width
The size chart uses palm circumference as its axis, but element position also depends on finger length. Riders with longer-than-average fingers for their palm width should size up by one from their palm measurement. A correctly wrapped palm with fingers extending past the element zone means the heating lands at the second knuckle, not the tip — the same cold-zone problem as under-sizing.
No. 6
Controller Operation With Gloves On
The heat level button cycles High → Middle → Low → Off with each press. The indicator light confirms active level by colour or flash count. Learn this cycle before the first ride so level changes are made by feel and a glance at the indicator — not by looking at the button itself. The controller is positioned for single-finger operation without releasing handlebar grip.
Construction Zone Detail
01
Leather Outer + Windproof Layer
Premium leather provides the wind and rain barrier at the glove surface. Its natural flexibility maintains full-range finger and wrist movement without the bunching that reduces throttle feel through thicker synthetic alternatives. A windproof membrane beneath the leather blocks cold air channelling through the seams and between fingers — the route that causes rapid heat loss even when the hand is warm at rest.
02
Fingertip Heating Element
The carbon fiber element runs across the full fingertip pad — the zone in direct contact with the clutch lever and brake lever during riding. Element alignment to the anatomical fingertip (rather than the knuckle) is what makes sizing by palm circumference, not finger length, the correct approach — a correctly sized palm places the element in contact with the coldest and most functionally critical zone.
03
Back-of-Hand Heating Panel
A second carbon fiber panel spans the dorsal hand from knuckle to wrist. This zone faces oncoming airflow directly during riding and loses heat rapidly even at moderate speeds — it is the primary convective heat-loss surface of the hand. Warming it reduces the temperature differential that drives vasoconstriction in the fingers before the fingertip element needs to compensate at the endpoint.
04
Wrist Cuff Battery Housing
The 7.4V polymer pack is housed at the wrist rather than the palm — keeping the mass away from the grip area preserves natural hand balance and lever feel. The cuff position also means the battery is protected from direct handlebar impact. Low-resistance wiring between the cuff pack and heating elements minimises voltage drop that would reduce effective element temperature below the stated range.
05
Elastic Wrist Closure
The elastic wrist band seals the gap between the glove cuff and jacket sleeve — the primary cold-air entry point once all finger zones are correctly fitted. The elastic accommodates different wrist sizes and varying jacket sleeve thicknesses without requiring size-specific wrist options. Confirm the closure overlaps the jacket sleeve by at least 3–4cm to prevent a cold gap forming when the arm is extended to the handlebar.
06
Charging Port Cover
The charging port is the only unsealed zone in the glove construction — the leather outer does not extend over it. The port cover must be pressed fully into place before riding in rain or through standing water. After wet-weather use, allow the glove to dry fully before connecting the charger; residual moisture at the terminal contacts can cause intermittent charging faults that damage the battery management circuit over time.

Season
Winter
  • Measure palm circumference, not hand length — M and L are only 0.5cm each: Wrap a tape around the widest part of the palm excluding the thumb. At the M/L boundary (20–21cm), tape angle alone can shift your reading by a full size. Measure three times, use the largest result, and round up if at a boundary. If you have longer-than-average fingers for your palm width, also go up one size regardless.
  • Use only the included 8.4V smart dual charger: The auto-terminating function in the included charger is what prevents overcharge damage — generic single-channel lithium chargers lack this. Charge on a non-flammable surface and do not leave unattended overnight. Ensure the port cover is fully seated before any wet-weather riding; after riding in rain, dry the gloves before connecting the charger.
  • Store at ~50% charge between seasons: Lithium polymer cells degrade faster when stored fully charged or near-depleted. After the winter season, run the gloves down to approximately half charge, then store in a cool dry location. Check every 2–3 months and top up to 50% if self-discharge has dropped the cell below 30% — sustained deep discharge permanently reduces cell capacity.
  • Confirm the wrist closure overlaps your jacket sleeve: The elastic wrist band is the seal between glove and jacket — if it sits inside the sleeve or creates a gap, cold air enters at speed regardless of how well the rest of the glove fits. Pull the jacket sleeve down over the glove cuff by at least 3–4cm and confirm the overlap holds when the arm is fully extended to the handlebar.
Size Guide

Measure the widest part of the palm excluding the thumb. If you have long fingers for your palm width, size up by one — element alignment depends on finger length, not palm width alone.
